Agili is on the lookout for a proficient, self-driven virtual assistant to bolster our team, aiding in the continuous growth of our business in the forthcoming years. This pivotal role involves working closely with the founder, handling an array of existing administrative and digital customer-centric duties, as well as initiating and steering new projects to enhance our business operations and systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Undertake data entry for sales orders received through email.
  • Dispatch invoices or pertinent information to clients.
  • Craft tailored documents such as inventory lists, pricing sheets, and catalogs.
  • Update content and data on the company website.
  • Generate detailed reports from e-commerce and accounting platforms.
  • Offer updates and support to the sales representative team.
  • Formulate and manage email lists/groups.
  • Engage audiences on social media channels like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Systematize and manage files on cloud platforms, notably Google Drive.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of long-term commitments with past employers (3+ years).
  • Background in working for small-scale private Western businesses (fewer than 20 employees).
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in an E-commerce setting, working closely with business proprietors or top-tier executives.
  • Exposure to extensive BPO employers, encompassing the initiation of technical systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Maropost, Phatom, and Canva is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable growth in skillsets and roles in past positions.
  • Proven capability to work independently and take the initiative.
  • Outstanding written English communication skills, especially with consumers.
  • Confident verbal English skills for team and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Acumen to adapt and work across diverse digital platforms.
  • Flexibility to constant change and a naturally inquisitive demeanor.
  • Zeal for acquiring new skills, but with a deep-rooted expertise in driving proactive business results.
